While she loves helping buyers find the perfect place to call home, Cortney has developed a special passion for working with sellers and showcasing their homes in the best possible light. She enjoys helping homeowners prepare their properties for the market, developing creative marketing strategies, and making sure each listing stands out to attract the right buyers.

Cortney especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers, those looking to downsize, and investors interested in multifamily properties. She takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the process while ensuring their goals and interests always come first.

Originally attending school for Interior Design, Cortney has a natural eye for how spaces can be improved and presented to maximize both comfort and value. She loves putting that knowledge to work by helping clients envision possibilities within a home and by assisting sellers in preparing their homes to shine on the market. Outside of real estate, Cortney is often helping friends and family with remodeling projects and home updates.

When she’s not showing homes or meeting with clients, Cortney also works as a Pharmacy Technician at SSM Health, where she continues to serve her community by helping patients stay informed about their medications and healthcare needs. Her passion for helping people carries through in everything she does.
