Hello, my name is Caitlin Cadd, and I am proud to be a part of the wonderful community here in Rock County. As a lifelong Milton resident, family is incredibly important to me. My husband and I have two amazing children who are incredibly active in local sports and activities. Being present for their events and involved in the community brings me great joy. In addition to my family and real estate life, I work as a library aide in the Milton School District, a role that I find truly rewarding. When I’m not working, I enjoy moments spent reading and being with friends and family.

The ever-evolving nature of the real estate market has always captivated me. Meeting new people and being an integral part of their home buying or selling journey is an incredibly rewarding experience. My priority is ensuring that my clients feel not only comfortable but also genuinely cared for. I am dedicated to working hard to ensure every client feels valued and content with the outcome of their real estate experience.
