Hello, my name is Caitlin Cadd, and I’m proud to call Rock County home. As a lifelong Milton resident, I have deep roots in this community and a true appreciation for the people and neighborhoods that make it so special.

Family is incredibly important to me. My husband and I are raising two amazing children who stay busy with local sports and activities, and you’ll often find us cheering from the sidelines or participating in community events. Being present and involved is something I truly value.

I previously worked in the Milton School District in special education and as a library aide, experiences that were both meaningful and rewarding. While I now work full-time as a realtor, I remain actively involved in the Milton School District and continue to value and support our local education system.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading and spending quality time with friends and family. Whether in real estate or everyday life, I believe relationships, trust, and community always come first.
