Shannon Weis

Hello, my name is Shannon, and I have been a Janesville native my entire life. I’m proud to call this community home. As a REALTOR® with both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations, I have a passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals through every age and stage of life.

I work alongside my daughter, Morgan McCarthy, and our mother-daughter partnership allows us to offer our clients greater availability, flexibility, and the ability to connect with people across generations. We understand that buying or selling a home is often about much more than real estate—it may represent a first home, a growing family, a fresh start, downsizing, or another important life transition. Whatever that transition may be, we are there to help guide our clients through it.

Being involved in my community is also very important to me. I currently serve as the 2026–2027 Ladies Elks Vice President and am honored to volunteer as a wish granter for Make-A-Wish. Outside of real estate and volunteering, my greatest joy is spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren, Norah and Hayden. I also love traveling whenever I get the opportunity and attending as many Milwaukee Brewers games as I can!
